We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nutritionist & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team, a leading meal plan company in the UAE. This dual role combines nutritional expertise with exceptional customer service to support our clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nutrition, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
IMP: Nutrition Support:
- Assist in designing and reviewing meal plans tailored to clients’ dietary needs, preferences, and goals (e.g., vegan, high-protein, gluten-free, weight loss).
- Provide nutritional guidance and answer client queries about meal plans, portion sizes, and dietary requirements.
1. Order Management
- Handle meal plan subscriptions (start, pause, cancel, modify).
- Track order confirmations and ensure delivery timelines are communicated.
- Manage last-minute changes (e.g. delivery location, skip a day).
2.Customer Communication
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Send reminders for payment renewals or plan expirations.
- Update customers on holiday schedules or special promotions.
- Communicate clearly in English
3. Delivery Coordination
- Liaise with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Address failed deliveries or incorrect addresses.
- Communicate any delivery delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
4. Feedback & Complaint Handling
- Gather customer feedback on meals and service.
- Resolve complaints about food quality, delivery, or service delays.
- Offer compensations (e.g. replacement meal, discount) when needed.
5. ERP & CRM Management
- Update customer records on CRM if available
- Log interactions and track customer concerns for resolution and analysis.
- Use CRM for order tracking or internal coordination.
6. Coordination with Operations team and kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen/chef team for special requests or allergies.
- Work with logistics for optimized routing and delivery schedules.
- Provide insights from customer feedback to marketing and product teams.
7. Sales & Upselling --> we can add this task
- Promote additional services (be representative in events)
- Encourage plan upgrades (e.g., from weekly to monthly plans).
- Offer trial plans or refer-a-friend incentives.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Hybrid Role
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
