Nutritionist/ Dietitian Call Center Representative

Job Title: Dietitian / Nutritionist – Call Center Representative (Female)

We are hiring a female Dietitian / Nutritionist for our call center team. We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and guide customers professionally about health and nutrition-related products.

Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM
Location: Madina Town, Faisalabad
Education: DND Mnadatory
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Guide customers about nutrition and health-related products
• Answer customer queries in a clear and professional way
• Handle complaints and provide proper solutions
• Maintain call records and update customer data
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and listening skills
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and diet planning
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team
• Minimum Bachelor’s in Nutrition / Dietetics
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (call center or clinical preferred)
