Job Description 
Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire a Junior Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position. 
 
Responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Managing a caseload under partner supervision;</li>
<li>Drafting motions and status reports;</li>
<li>Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.</li>
</ul>Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>J.D. from an accredited law school;</li>
<li>Admitted to practice in New York; Connecticut admission is a plus;</li>
<li>Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.</li></ul></div>
