Duties

• Monitor transit service performance and address any operational issues promptly
• Support passenger inquiries and provide clear information about routes, schedules, and service updates
• Conduct routine inspections of transit vehicles and facilities to maintain safety standards
• Collect and analyze data related to ridership patterns and service delivery for continuous improvement
• Document incidents, operational logs, and maintenance reports accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with team members and the public
• Basic knowledge of transportation systems or experience in transit operations preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
