Duties

• Safely operate your Sprinter van to pick up and deliver packages across designated routes, ensuring on-time arrivals.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
• Manage route navigation effectively using GPS or route planning tools to optimize delivery times.
• Assist with warehouse activities such as moving inventory, loading trucks, and organizing shipments as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures and heavy lifting techniques.
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles and driving heavy-duty vehicles like box trucks or Sprinter vans.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as moving freight, lifting packages, and operating equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage route schedules efficiently and ensure timely deliveries.
