NYS Licensed Massage Therapist for Facials

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, skin analysis, exfoliation, and extractions with precision and care
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to tailor treatments to individual skin types and concerns
• Deliver therapeutic massage services such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and wellness practices to support long-term results
• Maintain detailed treatment records, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and clinic policies
• Assist in occupational health initiatives by promoting safe practices during treatments and maintaining sanitation standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by creating a positive, relaxing environment that encourages client loyalty

Requirements

• Valid NYS Esthetician license and or Massage Therapy license in good standing (3+ years preferred)
• Proven experience in med spa or clinical settings preferred, with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
• Familiarity with occupational health standards and sanitation protocols
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and ensure their comfort throughout treatments
• Ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Hourly starts at $22/hour during first 6 months then $25/hour after. Our clients tip well and we are usually booked up everyday. Reliability is a must!
