The Reference Data Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate and high-quality master/reference data in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA). The role supports Order Management processes by ensuring data integrity and resolving data-related issues, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
A Day in the Life

Maintain and update customer, material, and barcodes master data in SAP

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness according to business rules

Process data creation and modification requests within agreed SLAs
-
Perform regular data validation and quality checks

Activate Quota on each customer/market as agreed with sales support team

Support Order Management by ensuring availability of accurate data

Investigate and resolve data-related to in accurate linking of barcodes or duplicate maintenance

Collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams

Maintain substitution requests from DSP team

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and audit requirements

Maintain proper documentation of all data changes
Sending required reports to the market on the agreed SLA on time
AM I a GOOD FIT?
-
1–3 years of experience in master data, operations, or shared services environment
-
Experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced environment is preferred
-
Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA)

Supply chain knowledge is a plus

Strong Excel skills (data handling, validation, reporting)

Power BI and power automate knowledge is a plus

Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2D) process

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
