Expanderful is looking for a skilled Company Secretary to lead our ROC department in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional to play a crucial role in our accounting operations and compliance efforts.

As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while managing company records and documentation. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining corporate governance and compliance, working closely with various stakeholders to support the strategic goals of Expanderful.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement within the accounting industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the ROC department's daily operations
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations
• Maintain statutory registers and records
• Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities
• Advise the management on corporate governance matters
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Facilitate board meetings and maintain minutes of meetings
• Provide training and support to junior staff in the department

Requirements

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a relevant degree
• 5+ years of experience in a company secretary role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in managing statutory compliance and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the accounting industry is a plus
