Ready to lead with impact? TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and dedicated medical director to launch and lead our brand-new OB/Gyn hospitalist program at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida. We're offering competitive compensation plus a limited-time $30k sign-on bonus when you commit to 6 to 8 shifts per month and start on or before March 1, 2026. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a skilled team of OBGYN physicians and drive excellence in women's healthcare for the community. HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is a 488-bed, full-service acute care facility in Miami-Dade County. The hospital recently completed an expansion featuring four advanced operating rooms, including a hybrid OR for cardiac and vascular procedures. A recent women's services upgrade added a private 25-bed NICU with ocean views as well as enhanced labor and postpartum units. The hospital offers specialized services in robotic surgery, orthopedics, cardiac care, stroke treatment, and wound healing. With a focus on patient comfort, Mercy Hospital blends cutting-edge medicine with compassionate care.
