OBGYN Medical Assistant /Medical Front Reception(2yrs EXP REQ)

*Only applicants with at least 2 years of OB/GYN medical experience should apply!

BellaDonna Medical is committed to providing quality women’s health services to women of all economic status and age. Our services run from routine gynecological examinations to obstetrical services, as well as cosmetic treatments to restorative surgeries. It is the goal of our practice to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment for treatment, and a thorough, comprehensive exploration of those women’s health issues troubling our patients. We are seeking a qualified medical professional to join our practice.

We are open Monday-Saturday. Schedule is flexible...

Responsibilities include but at not limited to the following:

*Perform phlebotomy

*Triage patients

*Obtain insurance authorizations

*Front desk duties

*Assist with office procedures

*Sterilize instruments

*Assist doctors and nurse practitioners with examination and documentation using EMR

Qualifications: *Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

*Advanced phlebotomy skills

*Must be a team player

*Computer savvy

*Knowledge of EMR

*Multi-lingual in either Spanish, Russian and/or Creole is a plus
