What You’ll Be Doing

  • Introducing surgeons in your network to our surgical biologics solutions
  • Facilitating initial product evaluations and first cases
  • Supporting onboarding of new accounts
  • Maintaining relationships and expanding product usage over time

This model is built around recurring surgical usage, allowing you to build compounding income as you onboard additional accounts.

Compensation

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Commission-based (no base salary)

A single active surgeon account can generate approximately:

$7,500 – $15,000+ per month in commission

Most surgeons perform 20–25+ procedures per month, creating consistent recurring revenue.

Top performers who build multiple accounts can reach:

$250,000 – $1,000,000+ annually

Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your relationships, activity, and performance.

Minimal Ongoing OR Commitment

Following initial onboarding (first 1–2 cases), continued product use typically does not require ongoing OR case support, giving you the flexibility to manage multiple accounts and scale your income based on performance.

This model is designed to let you stack accounts and build recurring revenue rather than rely on one-time sales.

Fast Start Model

Our goal is simple:

Help you onboard your first surgeon within 30 days.

We provide:

  • Training
  • Clinical talking points
  • Support during your first cases

After initial onboarding (first 1–2 cases), ongoing OR presence is typically not required—allowing you to scale across multiple accounts.
