OBGYN Physician

A prominent Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join their dynamic and patient-centered medical team. The OB/GYN will provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology to a diverse population of patients. This includes prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and general gynecological services, as well as surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
Provide routine and high-risk prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum care
Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, STIs, and menopause-related concerns
Perform gynecologic surgeries (e.g., laparoscopic procedures, hysterectomy, D&C, tubal ligation)
Conduct in-office procedures such as Pap smears, colposcopy, IUD insertion/removal, and endometrial biopsies
Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and disease prevention
Collaborate with other providers including nurse practitioners, midwives, and specialists
Participate in on-call rotation and hospital deliveries (if applicable)
Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the EHR system
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, medical ethics, and state/federal laws

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid medical license in the state of New York State (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care

Salary: $385K+
