Seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OBGYN) to move beyond the traditional clinical experience and help establish a practice rooted in advocacy, clinical excellence, and deep community partnership to join us in Santa Cruz, CA. Compensation and Benefits Include:

• Guaranteed Salary: $395,000 for a 1.0 FTE + productivity incentives
• Sign-On bonus up to $100k, Relocation & Resident Incentives for full time physicians
• Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

• Collaboration : Work alongside a team of well-respected OB/GYN Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives
• Clinical Resources: Access to a dedicated Medical Assistant, Ultrasonographer, and RN in the clinic.
• Hospital Facilities:
  • Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually
  • Access to Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
