Occupational Health Physician

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to GlobCare’s occupational health medical team.
  • Act as the primary clinical consultant for complex, high-risk, or borderline occupational fitness cases.
  • Issue and approve final medical fitness decisions (Fit / Fit with Restrictions / Unfit) in accordance with regulatory and risk-based frameworks.
  • Ensure all occupational health assessments comply with Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) standards.
  • Oversee proper medical documentation, reporting, and confidentiality of employee health records in line with ethical and legal requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of GlobCare’s occupational health protocols, clinical pathways, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, corporate clients, and insurers to align medical decisions with workplace safety and operational needs.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) – mandatory.
  • Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification in Occupational Medicine – mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in occupational medicine, pre-employment medical assessments, or corporate health services.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi occupational fitness regulations and risk-based medical assessment models.
  • Proven ability to manage clinical decision-making in complex occupational health scenarios.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and insurance-based healthcare models is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
