Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Specialist (Part-Time) to support the health and safety of employees by implementing occupational health programs and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The role focuses on promoting workplace wellness and preventing occupational hazards on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations for employees.

Assess medical fitness for duty and issue related reports.

Diagnose and follow up occupational injuries and work-related illnesses.

Review employees’ medical history and evaluate chronic conditions in relation to job duties.

Participate in workplace risk assessments with HSE teams.

Deliver health awareness sessions and occupational health education.

Prepare medical reports and maintain accurate records.

Follow up on work-related injuries and return-to-work cases.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Participate in emergency response and incident management.

Maintain strict confidentiality of medical information.
Requirements-
Valid SCFHS classification as an Occupational Health Specialist.

Previous experience in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine.
- Strong communication and medical reporting skills.

Proficiency in medical systems and Microsoft Office.
