We are a holistic medical and behavioral health clinic specializing in acute, post-acute, and post-surgical medical care and workers’ compensation claim management. If you are a dedicated Medical Provider or Nurse Practitioner, we’d love to have you join our exceptional team. Preferred qualifications include experience in any of the following specialties…Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehab, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, injury assessments, and review of medical records.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual occupational needs.
  • Diagnose and contend health conditions related to on-the-job injuries.
  • Collaborate with case management teams to facilitate early intervention strategies and coordinate care across the healthcare system.
  • Help patients achieve the highest level of recovery from their work-related injuries.
  • Maintain thorough documentation using medical terminology, physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and relevant clinical data to support patient care continuity.

Qualifications

  • Valid medical license with board certification or eligibility.
  • Knowledge of care plan development and case management practices.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to occupational health.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging procedures and orthopedic assessments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
