Occupational Therapist

To provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to adult and paediatric patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team according to company standards and in line with regulatory requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• To provide comprehensive, professional Occupational Therapy services to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team that includes injury management and rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation programmes
• To conduct activities of daily living (ADL), workplace, ergonomic, risk and functional assessments
• To provide education to patients, care givers and family members, including colleagues, on occupational health and safety
• To ensure accurate and timely documentation related to patient treatment
• Provide general administrative services related to reports and other function necessary to ensure effective operations in the department

Facilitation of learning and development interventions

Hand therapy practices and related management of occupational injuries

Manual handling and general ergonomic principles

Time management skills

Verbal and written communication skills in English
