Locum Occupational Therapist (Band 6)

Position: 2 x 0.8 WTE (30 hours/4 days a week) Locum Occupational TherapistsLocation: South Monmouthshire Integrated Service, Chepstow HospitalContract Duration: Until March 2026Working Hours: 8am - 4pm (negotiable depending on circumstances)

About the Role:We are seeking two experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join the team in the newly opening Winter Pressure Ward at Chepstow Hospital. The ward will provide inpatient rehabilitation services, support discharge planning, and, where necessary, continue community-based follow-up. The successful candidates will work closely with the inpatient and reablement teams to assess and facilitate the safe discharge of patients back to their homes, ensuring they receive appropriate support and care.

One of the roles may transition to a community-based position, depending on service needs.
