Occupational therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to work with children (infants to 12 years old) who face challenges in developmental, sensory, motor, or behavioral areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and standardized evaluations of fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, cognitive, self-help, and social-emotional skills.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and family/teacher input.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions using play-based and goal-oriented techniques.
• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams (e.g., speech therapists, special educators).
• Educate parents/caregivers on home-based strategies to support carryover of therapy goals.
• Monitor and document progress, revise goals, and prepare written reports for schools and caregivers.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, seating systems, or sensory tools as needed.
• Participate in early intervention programs, IEP meetings, and parent workshops (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
• Freshers: Clinical internship/fieldwork in pediatric or early intervention settings required.
• Experienced: 1–5 years of pediatric OT experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
