Location: Outpatient Clinic
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $72,000–$110,000, depending on experience and certifications + Benefits + PTO + Sign-On Bonus Potential

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for an outpatient clinic with a strong team-oriented environment and a reputation for excellence. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Position Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred for occupational therapy.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.

  • Use a variety of therapeutic techniques (e.g., task-oriented activities, neuromuscular reeducation, adaptive strategies) to improve function.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies to improve independence in daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred)

  • Must possess or be eligible for state licensure

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
