Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric–Adolescent Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This full-time role is ideal for a clinician with at least three years of experience who is passionate about supporting children and adolescents in reaching their fullest potential within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Our team works closely across disciplines to deliver high-quality, family-centered care to patients with a wide range of developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric through adolescent clients using evidence-based occupational therapy practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s developmental goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech-language pathologists, public and private school educators, educational specialists, and medical providers
- Provide parent and caregiver education, coaching, and home program recommendations
- Complete evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and case discussions
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of three years of pediatric–adolescent occupational therapy experience
- Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental delays, sensory processing differences, feeding challenges, and fine motor difficulties
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outpatient pediatric or clinic-based settings (training available)
- Familiarity with sensory integration, feeding therapy, and/or school-based services
- Commitment to family-centered, play-based therapy approaches

Pay: $40.87 - $44.23 per hour
