Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans

• Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to improve residents' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination

• Work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to progress treatment plans and achieve desired outcomes

• Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and expertise and promote collaborative care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio

• 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (entry-level candidates welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
