ScheduleFull-time
Flexibility in scheduling - ask us what options are available
Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress
Performs other duties as assigned
Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
