This is a remote, school-based Occupational Therapist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs
Conduct assessments and implement interventions
Develop goals and track student progress
Complete documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Scheduling is aligned with student availability
Structured caseloads and scheduling support
Active North Carolina license
Experience working in ECATS
Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems
Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
Compensation & Pay Structure
Rate: $220–$240 per day worked
