Al Reem Group seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and enhance their ability to perform daily tasks. This role requires analytical skills, a patient-centered approach, and teamwork with healthcare professionals.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Evaluate patients' physical, psychological, and environmental needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Educate patients and families on care and exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Document progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide emotional support and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
   

Qualifications:
 

• DOH eligibility or active Occupational Therapy license (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital/rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
