About Amar Infogrid:

We offer operation support to an asset-based logistic company dealing with interstate transportation, storage, warehousing and freight needs in Canada & US. We offer different services including customer service, backend work, accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the movement of freight for inbound and outbound shipments, across various modes of transport (Ocean, Air and Road).
• Ensure all documents required for the shipment (e.g., bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices) are completed accurately and on time.
• Work closely with carriers, NVOCC’s, terminals to ensure timely tracking of the shipments.
• Primary point of contact for CSO operators regarding their shipments and providing regular updates on the status.
• Handle branch office inquiries & concerns related to shipping and delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain necessary import/export documents, customs filing details.
• Ensure customs compliances and customer requirements are maintained at all stages.
• Export import documentation (EXIM)
• Assess and mitigate risks in the transportation process, such as delays, penalties.
• Secure cargo bookings and monitor shipments end-to-end, providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review all essential documentation (B/L, AWB, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin).
• Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations and international trade laws; collaborate with brokers for smooth clearance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and agents, resolving issues promptly.
• Verify freight invoices, resolve discrepancies, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Partner with internal operations and external vendors to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate and above with min. 5 year relevant experience only shall apply.
• Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.
• Proficient with MS- Excel, Outlook.
• Should have typing speed of 35 words/minute.
• Age should be between 24 to 40 years
• Should be comfortable working in Night & Rotational shift
