Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency founded in 2015 by dedicated LCSWs and BCBAs.
We provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children and young adults (ages 3–23) diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to empower each learner with the communication, independence, and adaptive skills needed for long-term success.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA services in collaboration with one of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home environment
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Utilize ABA strategies including prompting, reinforcement, modeling, redirection, and structured teaching
- Collect and document quantitative and qualitative data during each session
- Complete session notes and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and BCBA supervisors
- Support skill-building in communication, behavior regulation, and adaptive functioning
Preferred fields of study:
Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Human Services
Preferred certifications (not all required to apply):
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- CPR, AED, First Aid
- Crisis Intervention Training
- Sexual Harassment & Mandated Reporter Training
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental differences
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional reliability and punctuality
- Creativity and structured play skills in a home setting
- Compassionate, patient, and engaging demeanor
