Job Opening: Ocean Freight Executive

Department: Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Package:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill set)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Ocean Freight / Freight Forwarding

Hands-on experience in Import & Export operations is mandatory

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

(B. Com / BBA / Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end Ocean Freight Import & Export operations

Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and vendors

Prepare and share freight quotations with clients

Manage shipment documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List, Manifest, etc.)

Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers

Coordinate with customs clearance and internal teams

Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of ocean freight processes

Good communication skills (Flaunt English)

MS Excel and E-mail communication E-mail Framing

Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
