OCM Consultant

Saher Management is hiring - OCM Consultants (Onsite Riyadh Long-Term Contract)

Are you passionate about driving people adoption and leading change in large-scale digital transformation programs? We're looking for experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) professionals to join a major transformation initiative in Riyadh.

Location: Riyadh (Onsite)

Contract: Long-Term

Role: OCM Lead

Experience: 12+ years (with leadership responsibility)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute change strategies aligned with program goals
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive alignment
• Develop communication and training plans
• Drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realization
• Support implementations of platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle
• Strong experience with OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci / Association of Change Management Professionals)
• Proven track record in large, complex transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in government or enterprise environments is a plus

Knowledge

ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, or enterprise workflows is an advantage

Familiarity

Familiarity with Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery models.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
• OCM Certification preferred:
  • Prosci
  • ACMP (CCMP)
  • Change Management Practitioner certifications
• MBA or equivalent is a plus

Skills: ocm certification preferred, change management, agile, change management practitioner certifications, transformation
