Job Description:

• The OCM Consultant ensures successful adoption of the OTM solution by managing change impacts, communication, training, and user readiness.
• Assess organizational change impacts of the OTM implementation.
• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies.
• Design and deliver role‑based training programs.
• Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support business users during transition and go‑live.
• Identify and mitigate adoption risks and resistance.

Skills & Experience:

• 6–9 years of experience in change management or training roles.
• Experience supporting ERP / supply chain transformations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Change management certification preferred.
