  • Assist in employee engagement surveys, diagnostics, and action planning
  • Coordinate and track organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support learning initiatives, including training coordination, learning needs support, and post-training follow-ups
  • Analyze HR, OD, and learning data to support reporting and decision-making
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and CSR activities
  • Support documentation, communication, and follow-up of OD and learning programs
