OD & Learning and Development Trainee

This role aims to support Organizational Development (OD) activities with a strong emphasis on Learning & Development (L&D) as a core function of OD. The trainee will contribute to enhancing organizational performance by assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives, as well as supporting capability development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support training needs analysis in coordination with different departments and align findings with organizational objectives
  • Assist in the design and development of training programs, learning materials, and development initiatives
  • Coordinate and support the execution of training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
  • Track training participation, maintain records, and ensure proper documentation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Support Organizational Development initiatives with a clear focus on Learning & Development as a key driver of organizational growth
  • Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and updating learning content
  • Contribute to the development of learning paths and individual development plans (IDPs)
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience or internship in HR, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
  • Basic understanding of Organizational Development concepts with a strong awareness that Learning & Development is a key component of OD
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to collect data and generate reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
