Job Title: Temporary On-Site Odoo Consultant

Location: Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Odoo Consultant to join our team. This is an on-site role that will be providing daily ERP support and training to our staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient use of our Odoo system.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily, on-site support to end-users for all Odoo-related issues and questions.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for new and existing employees on Odoo's core functionalities, with a focus on modules relevant to industrial supply operations (e.g., Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and Manufacturing).
• Troubleshoot system errors, data inconsistencies, and user access issues.
• Gather user feedback and collaborate with management to identify and recommend process improvements within Odoo.
• Create and update training materials and documentation for our Odoo processes.
• Assist with configuration changes and system updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of key Odoo modules, particularly those used in industrial supply or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A professional and patient demeanor, especially when providing training and support.
