Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Odoo Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, understand Odoo's framework, and be able to contribute to technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Write clean and reusable Python code using Odoo’s ORM framework.
• Integrate third-party tools/APIs with Odoo where required.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Debug issues, fix bugs, and optimize Odoo performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of Odoo architecture and ORM.
• Experience in customizing core Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for front-end customization).
• Ability to write reports (QWeb, PDF, Excel).

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with Odoo.sh or on-premise deployments.
• Functional knowledge of business processes in ERP
• Knowledge of Git or version control systems.
• Exposure to Linux-based systems and basic server management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
