Odoo Developer

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to lead the customization and development of our Odoo system and create a dedicated Tadmaids App.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules for sales, HR, finance, and visa workflows.
• Build and integrate a mobile/web app connected to Odoo backend.
• Automate contracts, e-visa tracking, notifications, and reporting.
• Integrate with ERP, WhatsApp API, and payment gateways (Tabby, Tamara, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and staff training.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ Odoo development experience (Python, PostgreSQL, XML, API integrations).
• Strong skills in customizing modules and workflows.
• Experience publishing mobile apps linked to Odoo backend.
• ERP/CRM knowledge and service industry workflows.
• Bonus: Experience with Tadbeer, manpower agencies, or government API integrations.
