Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, hands-on experience with Odoo (Community or Enterprise edition), and a good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (both backend and frontend).
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and external APIs.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Odoo.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules.
• Provide support and troubleshoot Odoo-related issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to improve ERP performance and usability.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer (depending on level).
• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
• Experience with Odoo framework, QWeb templates, and Odoo APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery).
• Understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of business workflows and ERP concepts.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise Edition or Odoo.sh.
• Knowledge of Docker, Linux, and server deployment.
• Contribution to the Odoo community or open-source projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
