Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP applications to support our business operations. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community / Enterprise)
• Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate Odoo solutions
• Customize existing Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.)
• Develop new modules and features as per business needs
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization
• Support deployment, migration, and version upgrades of Odoo
• Provide post-implementation support and user training when required
• Ensure data security, access rights, and system reliability

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong experience in Odoo (v14 / v15 / v16 / v17)
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of Odoo ORM, workflows, and security
• Knowledge of XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Odoo REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Linux server environments

Functional Knowledge (Preferred)

• ERP processes: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing
• Understanding of business workflows and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Odoo.sh or on-premise deployment
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD
• Experience in data migration and performance tuning
• Prior experience in manufacturing / trading / services domain is a plus
• Atleast one year working experience in Odoo development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
