Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to manage, customize, and enhance our Odoo ERP environment. The role involves developing and maintaining Odoo modules, optimizing system performance, and integrating Odoo with external platforms while supporting core business and finance operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance and Management teams to translate accounting, operational, and reporting requirements into effective technical solutions within Odoo.

The following are mandatory for this role:

• Having a strong understanding of financial knowledge
• Have 3-5 years of prior experience with Odoo
• Ready to commute to JAFZA, Dubai on a daily basis
• Full time and on-site role
• Immediately available

The Odoo developer will have the following responsibilities:

• Odoo Development & Administration
• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules (Python, XML, PostgreSQL)
• Design and implement custom internal modules to support company workflows
• Maintain and optimize existing Odoo implementations
• Handle Odoo upgrades, performance tuning, and bug fixes
• Integrate Odoo with external systems (APIs, Microsoft services, third-party tools)
• Document technical designs, workflows, and custom modules
• Finance & Business Systems
• Work closely with Finance and Management teams to:
• Understand accounting, invoicing, procurement, inventory, and reporting needs
• Customize Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and HR modules
• Ensure correct handling of: Chart of accounts, VAT / tax configurations, financial reports and dashboards, translate financial and operational requirements into technical solutions

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
