Senior Odoo Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Odoo development, customization, and implementation projects while ensuring high performance and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of Odoo modules
• Design and implement scalable ERP solutions based on business requirements
• Manage system integrations with third-party applications
• Perform Odoo upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization
• Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to development standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Odoo development
• Strong expertise in Python and Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, Controllers)
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS
• Experience in API integrations and external system connectivity
• Familiarity with Linux environment and Git version control
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certification
• Experience with Odoo.sh / cloud deployment
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in full ERP lifecycle implementation

Pay: Up to QAR8,000.00 per month
