We are Hiring: Odoo Developer (Full Stack – Frontend & Backend)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, including both frontend and backend customization, system enhancement, and ongoing support of Odoo applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across frontend and backend
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work on Odoo core modules such as Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounting, Inventory.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Create and customize views, reports, and dashboards
• Manage data import/export using Odoo tools and custom Python scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system workflows

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python and core programming concepts
• Complete understanding of Odoo architecture and workflow
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, controllers, and module development
• Proven expertise in developing custom Odoo modules
• Techno-functional knowledge of Odoo processes
• Experience working with latest Odoo versions and version migration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and frontend customization
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and writing efficient SQL queries
• Experience in QWeb report development
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Working knowledge of Linux-based environments
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
