Odoo E-Commerce & SEO Manager (Full Build From Scratch)

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo E-Commerce & SEO Manager who can build our entire webshop from scratch and then manage it on an ongoing basis. This role requires someone who understands Odoo deeply, knows how to architect a complete web shop ecosystem, and can deliver a high-performing, SEO-optimized online store that integrates seamlessly with our operations.

Responsibilities

Full Web shop Development (From Zero to Live)

• Build the complete Odoo web shop from scratch
• Design full structure including categories, navigation and product architecture
• Set up core modules: Website, E-Commerce, Sales, Inventory, Payments, CRM
• Create custom landing pages, templates and product layouts
• Integrate multi-language and proper branding
• Configure taxes, delivery rules and payment gateways SEO & Performance
• Keyword research
• SEO optimization of pages and structure
• Improve loading speed and technical performance
• Structured data and metadata implementation
• Monitoring of Search Console and Analytics Ongoing Management
• Upload and manage products
• Technical updates and fixes
• Monthly SEO and performance reporting
• Conversion optimization

Requirements
Must-Have

• Proven experience building an Odoo web shop from scratch
• Deep Odoo Website and E-Commerce knowledge
• Strong SEO background
• HTML, CSS, QWeb skills
• Understanding of Inventory and Sales modules
• Independent working style

Nice to Have

• Experience with industrial products
• GCC market knowledge
• Multi-language setups

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
