Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation for clients across various modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, HR, Manufacturing).
• Configure workflows, develop custom reports, and perform module customization to meet client requirements.
• Assist in data migration, API integration, and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients during and after ERP deployment.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Train client teams on ERP usage and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience with Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of business processes: Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, CRM.
• Proficient in Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and ERP module development.
• Knowledge of API integration, data migration, and ERP optimization.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple client projects.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Odoo ERP technical roles or consulting.
