Odoo ERP Developer (On-Site | Full-Time)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Odoo ERP Developer to join our team on a full-time on-site basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules
• Design and implement new business workflows and features
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems with Odoo
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing Odoo implementations
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain code quality standards
• Participate in deployment, testing, and support activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven Odoo ERP development experience
• Strong knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Odoo customization, module development, and API integrations
• Good understanding of Odoo architecture and workflows
• Familiarity with Linux server environment and Git version control
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions
• Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and Owl framework
• Experience with payment gateways, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing modules
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment environments is a plus

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
