Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and digital channels.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to expand the sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs and gather ERP requirements.
- Present and propose customized Odoo ERP solutions.
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and closures.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain long-term client relationships for upselling and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance and improve strategies to achieve goals.
