Odoo ERP Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Odoo ERP Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP systems and be capable of providing both technical and functional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for Odoo ERP system users.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Customize, configure, and optimize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features, integrations, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Train and support staff on Odoo functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Odoo ERP Specialist / Support Engineer / Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and ERP workflows.
• Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and server management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
