About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, implementing Odoo ERP solutions, optimizing workflows, and supporting departments in achieving operational excellence through effective ERP utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules based on business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing ERP support.
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend enhancements.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, implementations, and data migration projects.
• Ensure workflows align with company policies and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules including:
• Sales
• Purchase
• Inventory
• Manufacturing
• Accounting
• HR & Payroll
• CRM
• Excellent business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo Versions 17, 18, and 19.
• Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
• Experience in user training and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
