Odoo Functional Consultant - Cleaning & Facility Management Sector - Freelance

Job Description: We are a growing cleaning services company based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a hands-on Odoo & Cloud Operations Consultant to set up our digital infrastructure from scratch. The ideal candidate must have a solid technical background in Odoo Online combined with real-world operational experience in the Facility Management or Cleaning services sector in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and configure Odoo Online (Standard) modules: Field Service (for complex hourly scheduling), Inventory (cleaning materials tracking), Accounting, and CRM.

2. Implement interactive Checklists and SOPs inside the Odoo Mobile App for field workers.

3. Configure UAE localization in Odoo (VAT 5% and WPS payroll SIF files generation).

4. Set up Google Workspace: core business email, email aliases (sales@, accounts@, support@), and structure a compliant Google Drive filing system.

5. Conduct comprehensive hands-on training for the management to ensure a 100% smooth handover.

Requirements: * Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

• Mandatory: Previous experience deploying Odoo for a Cleaning or Facility Management company in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and banking integration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.
