Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant who can independently lead a project from A to Z.

You are:

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Odoo Certified (V17, V18, or V19)
• Comfortable running demos and leading analysis sessions
• Experienced in requirement gathering and full-cycle implementation
• Able to plan and write clear customization tasks for developers
• Ready to join immediately

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Odoo demos tailored to client business models
• Lead analysis sessions & requirement gathering
• Design clean and scalable ERP workflows
• Configure core modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Lead full-cycle implementation: kickoff → configuration → testing → go-live
• Plan and document customization tasks for developers
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery
• Provide user training and post-implementation support
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

What You Must Have

• Proven experience leading Odoo projects end-to-end
• Odoo Certification V17 or higher (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of business processes across multiple departments
• Experience working with customization planning and developer coordination
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience in MENA region projects
• Experience managing junior consultants
• Project management skills
