About Us:
We are a dynamic company operating in real estate development and third-party logistics (3PL) delivery services. We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementer to lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP in both Real estate development and delivery service business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, document, and translate business requirements for:
- Configure and implement Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Project, Accounting, Fleet, Maintenance, and industry-specific apps.
- Lead full Odoo implementation cycles: gap analysis, configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Manage multi-company environments and cross-functional integrations.
- Conduct user training, prepare functional documentation, and ensure strong system adoption.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams for integrations or enhancements. Act as the primary point of contact, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Odoo functional implementations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, Sales, Inventory, Fleet, Driver management, and Accounting modules.
- Experience with real estate, logistics, or 3PL operations is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of Python/XML is a plus.
- Odoo Functional Certification preferred.
