Odoo Functional Consultant - UAE

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Odoo v18, and a background working with Odoo partner companies (Gold, Silver, Learning, Ready, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and tailor Odoo modules according to client needs, overseeing the full ERP implementation lifecycle
• Assess business requirements and convert them into practical, functional solutions
• Conduct end-user training and offer continuous functional support
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery
• Supervise Odoo ERP project execution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met efficiently
• Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
• Experience collaborating with an Odoo partner (Gold, Silver, Ready, or Learning)
• Solid understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) with hands-on experience on Odoo.sh
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately (candidates on a visit visa preferred)
